ENTRIES FOR THE WORCESTERSHIRE ARCHITECTURE AWARDS 2026 OPEN ON 22 JUNE 2026. 

Entries for the 2026 Awards close at 5pm on Friday 31st July 206.

For each project you wish to enter into the Worcestershire Architecture Awards you will need:

 – Completed, signed entry form (download the entry form here)

 –  high resolution, jpg key image of your entry

 –  A1 landscape entry submission board, at 300dpi.

–  Signed image release form (part of entry form).

The maximum size for individual files is 20MB

The content of the project presentation board is at the discretion of entrants, however, to assist the judges, should include:

–  The name of the entrant.

–  Project name and location.

–  A description of the project to explain the brief, context, constraints and architectural design response (200-500 words).

–  A site plan and other context information.

Entries for the Conservation Award should include a statement on the project’s conservation setting, the heritage value of the building, and the response to it.

Entries for the Sustainability Award should include a statement explaining how the project is sustainable. This may include design energy in use, energy and carbon in use performance data, embodied carbon, materials, water usage, and biodiversity, this is not an exhaustive list.

Entries are not made anonymously as it is intended that the Awards scheme provides publicity for the entrant. Practice logo and contact information may be displayed on the presentation board.

Text should be in Helvetica or similar sans-serif font, and be of sufficient size to be read in an exhibition setting.

In signing and submitting the entry form the entrants are declaring that they are the author(s) of the the designs entered.  Where projects have substantially co-authored this should be clearly stated on the display materials and, where appropriate, the permission of the collaborating parties should be obtained before submitting entries.

Client permission must be obtained to submit the project into the Awards.

The maximum size for email submission is 30MB.

You can enter as many projects as you like but each entry must be made as a separate email submission.

Invoices for entries that do not qualify for free entry will be forwarded after submission and must be paid prior to 31st July 2026.
